1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 939bit platform, including all games, payment services, account features and any related content available at 939bit.com. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing any bet or otherwise using the 939bit platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

939bit accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR and no currency conversion fees are applied by 939bit.

By making a deposit you confirm that:

• The payment method you are using belongs to you — you are not using another person's JazzCash account, bank account or card.
• The funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• You are aware that deposited funds are intended for gaming use and that all gaming involves the possibility of financial loss.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per method. 5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Available withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer and other supported mobile wallets. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are outlined in the Withdrawal section of the platform.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method. These are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• If a bonus has been applied to your account, applicable wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-related balance can be withdrawn.
• 939bit reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds before processing.

939bit aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. However, processing times depend in part on the third-party payment provider involved and 939bit cannot guarantee specific processing windows. 6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 939bit — including slots, casino games, fish games and bingo — use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are generated independently and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any player or by 939bit staff.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Game rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information are available within each game interface. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the relevant game rules.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, scripts or any automated tool.

• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the platform for money laundering in any form.

939bit monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Any account showing patterns consistent with the above prohibited activities will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

939bit reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete account verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harmful toward other players or 939bit staff.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason and there is a verified PKR balance, 939bit will return those funds to the account holder's registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may contact the 939bit support team at any time. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Privacy and Data

939bit collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to 939bit collecting and using your personal information as described in that policy.
